Well, where do I start? Over the years I have stayed in many luxury resorts and this is by far the absolute best. The beautiful welcome we received from the staff was phenomenal, even Charles the general Manager was there to greet us who was a delight. I want to start with the staff because they were absolutely exceptional. Always attentive without being over bearing, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. We needed a Covid test at the end of the trip to travel and they organised for a doctor to come free of charge, they organised surf lessons, and they even found out personally who the photography in the reception was by and designer of the rooms was! It was only a passing intrigue, but sure enough unexpectedly they found the answers! I stayed with my mother, and even the types of toiletries in the room were doubled up for women’s needs, who thinks to do that?? The rooms were absolutely breathtaking, I actually gasped when I entered and the grounds themselves were spectacular. Perfect access to the beach a few steps away, and the pool and surrounding areas were immaculately clean and serene. The decor is beautiful, modern Bali with a European twist. There’s even a shop you can purchase interior items from the hotel. The restaurant was exquisite, I recommend asking your server to suggest what is best for that day, you will not be disappointed! They even offered adorable extras like refreshing free Bali basil and lime drinks on the beach and amuse bouche at dinner. It was also incredibly well priced. When the sun goes down, they brought us mosquito spray, which was a very caring touch. It’s perfect for single people, couples, friends and honeymooners. I could go on forever but I urge you to experience this place. I will not be staying anywhere else in Bali in the future. Jimbaran Puri, you have our hearts.

Despite our extensive travels, we've never encountered a team quite like this, blending professionalism and warmth in a way that made our stay truly unforgettable. Whether it was Gian's warm welcome at the restaurant, Tude's impeccable service and friendly demeanor, or the efforts of Janu and the rest of the team, we felt genuinely looked after. Even on the beach, Ardika ensured everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. And at breakfast, Ari's attentive service was remarkable. While we can't mention everyone by name, every single staff member made our stay at Jimbaran Puri exceptional. However, we want to express our deep gratitude to Wulan for going above and beyond when we really needed help. Our journey in Indonesia hit a snag due to an unexpected issue, and Wulan took the time to assist us in finding a solution. She guided us through the process, comforted us with her warmth and kindness, and ultimately found a positive resolution to our situation. Wulan's exceptional efforts went beyond her job description, ensuring that we could continue our journey smoothly. Without her, it simply wouldn't have been possible. We sincerely hope that the Hotel’s management will recognize and reward Wulan for her outstanding contribution in making Jimbaran Puri one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Our third visit to Belmond's Jimbaran Puri. As usual it exceeded our expectations. Apart from its beautiful beachside location which is a major draw card for us, the exceptional warmth and outstanding customer service of the all the staff is a credit to the hotel management and of course to the staff themselves. All the accommodation, ie the rooms at Jimbaran Puri are in fact spacious cottages with, living area and courtyard garden. Those facing the beach have a terrace. The bed was kingsized and extremely comfortable with attractive and practical lightweight cotton canopy. The bathroom was well organised with all the amenities and the luxury of a sunken, therefore easily accessible stone bath with overhead shower. Located in the beautiful courtyard garden is an outdoor, freshwater shower. Our cottage faced the beach therefore we could walk onto the terrace through a door in the living room. All in all the accommodation was not only attractive but, absolutely comfortable and made for easy access to all the hotel's amenities. The dining options are not vast but, are very good. Breakfast is always a treat. Once again the staff were acutely focused on the highest level of service. There is a very good variety of food on offer for breakfast, lunch, dinner and all day snacks including a range of international, mediterranean and local meals. Everything we enjoyed was delicious. Once again Jimbaran Puri has made for a brilliant, peaceful unwind to the end of 2022 and a blissful start to 2023.

The staff are really professional, and attentive, and nice, it was such a pleasure to be around them. The room has everything you can even possibly think of, from the small things such as a basket for the beach, a flashlight, an alarm clock, etc. and up to the big TV, big bed, nice couches, etc. Beautiful room and the hotel is located on the beach so the sitting area outside next to the beach and pool area was really nice. We had dinner at the premises and it was also good, with an authentic show of dancers and music. You definitely get what you are paying for!

The staff are so friendly , professional and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable . Breakfast is amazing in a beautiful setting by the big pool . Beach bar , lounge and restaurant area is just perfect and to top it off the food on offer will not disappoint and arrives perfectly presented ;)) The massages and other spa treatments are a delight ;))
