But what truly touched us at Jimbaran Puri was the exceptional staff. Despite our extensive travels, we've never encountered a team quite like this, blending professionalism and warmth in a way that made our stay truly unforgettable. Whether it was Gian's warm welcome at the restaurant, Tude's impeccable service and friendly demeanor, or the efforts of Janu and the rest of the team, we felt genuinely looked after. Even on the beach, Ardika ensured everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. And at breakfast, Ari's attentive service was remarkable. While we can't mention everyone by name, every single staff member made our stay at Jimbaran Puri exceptional. However, we want to express our deep gratitude to Wulan for going above and beyond when we really needed help. Our journey in Indonesia hit a snag due to an unexpected issue, and Wulan took the time to assist us in finding a solution. She guided us through the process, comforted us with her warmth and kindness, and ultimately found a positive resolution to our situation. Wulan's exceptional efforts went beyond her job description, ensuring that we could continue our journey smoothly. Without her, it simply wouldn't have been possible. A very charming and unique hotel. This entire complex feels like you’ve stepped right into a wellness retreat. It’s quiet and peaceful and made to feel like you’re in an old temple. The biggest pool I’ve ever seen in a hotel where it’s not overcrowded and plenty of room for all the guests. Staff were amazing! Extremely welcoming and professional. Breakfast was next level good. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay away from overcrowded resorts. We didn’t have enough time to try the spa but it looked amazing!

The staff are all extremely friendly and will do anything to assist. The beach chairs were a lovely place to sit and read. The beach was very clean, with some waves to make it interesting. At cocktail hour you always received a lovely snack to eat while enjoying your cocktail. The restaurant was a lovely place to dine at night and would definitely recommend.
